Strategy Consulting
What you’ve got: a possible solution to a real-world problem, a proof of concept or some ideas which technologies you might want to use and funding.
What you don’t have and we can provide: deep technical knowledge and experience with developing scalable AI and cloud solutions. We know what is feasible, how much it costs to develop and operate a solution, how long certain processes take and how to answer questions that cannot be answered straight away.
Solution Development
Once you have a clear strategy for achieving your goal, there is still a lot of planning, designing and evaluating to do before a solution can be implemented.
We can support you in developing a solution architecture that performs well and is reliable, scalable and secure. We can also conduct research and test ideas in proof of concepts.
DevOps Support
Depending on your specific requirements we offer support for in-house development, outsourced turnkey solutions and SaaS-style solutions.
We can help with defining and refining DevOps processes, selecting tools, managing source code repositories, versioning components and more. We are all about automation, automation, automation.
F.A.Q.
If you have any further questions, just ask.
Cloud solutions are generally highly scalable and have other advantages (if designed well). However, they typically also come with reliance on internet connections and certain response time, bandwidth or security implications that originate from transferring data to remote servers. Sometimes that can be an issue. Also, when requiring large amounts of computational resources (for example for training neural networks) it might be significantly cheaper to buy hardware instead of renting resources in the cloud. However, someone then needs to configure and maintain these machines and you might need to invest in regular upgrades.
Maybe. Probably not. But the main point we would like to make here is that Machine Learning is not very effective for certain tasks. Costs for Machine Learning can be extremely high – particularly training neural networks and gathering/cleaning/annotating data for training. When applied well, Machine Learning can solve many problems, but there are also other Artificial Intelligence approaches, traditional statistical methods, other algorithms and other forms of automation that are much better suited for many tasks.
